Return and Exchange Policy

At Smart Creations Store, we believe that customers should have the freedom to decide even after receiving and inspecting the product in person.

Therefore, we have implemented a very flexible return and exchange policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the product they chose from our store.

Exchange:

• Customers have the right to request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, provided that the product’s packaging has not been removed, used, or tested in any way.
• The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs.

Return:

• Customers have the right to request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product, provided that the product’s packaging has not been removed, used, or tested in any way.
• The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs.

In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, shipping damage, or a mistake by the store:

• The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving the product, provided that the product’s packaging has not been removed, used, or tested in any way.
• The defect must be photographed and sent via WhatsApp or email.
• The shipping company must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the order to report the issue.
• The return shipping cost will be covered by Smart Creations Store.
