Smart Creations provides a 2-year warranty from the purchase date on TV screen protectors. The warranty covers manufacturing defects during the warranty period.

What is covered?

Manufacturing defects in the screen protector during the two-year warranty period. Each case is reviewed using the order number, product condition, and the information provided to our support team.

What is not covered?

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or improper storage.
• Damage caused by the TV falling, external accidents, or product modification.
• Intentional damage or use that does not follow the installation and care instructions.

How to request a warranty review

Approved warranty period: 2 years from the purchase date for manufacturing defects.
